Stimulus Plan Bills — Vote Expected This Week
plans to debate on two competing economic stimulus plans with a vote

through vigorous tax reduction combined with limited increases in spending.

would combine limited targeted tax relief with a substantial increase
in government spending to remedy the economic problems exacerbated by
