Capital Hill Watch Alert

The American Security Against Foreign Enemies (SAFE) Act of 2015 (H.R. 4038)

The House of Representatives is expected to vote on Thursday, November 19, 2015, on The American Security Against Foreign Enemies (SAFE) Act of 2015 (H.R. 4038; Text of Legislation  ), a measure that proposes to ensure that the refugee process is not exploited by terrorists and foreign fighters.  However, the bill is completely useless and will do nothing to stop Islamo-fascist terrorists from trying to gain entrance into America. The best approach for Congress to stop President Barack Obama's open borders policy is to defund it.  And, fortunately there is an opportunity in December to do so in the coming Continuing Resolution to fund the government that must be passed.  Funding President Obama's dangerous plans and voting in favor of H.R. 4038 will not stop Islamo-fascist terrorists from posing as Syrian “refugees” attempting to gain entry into America.  However, it only makes establishment Republicans look like they are addressing a serious national security risk, but it is actually protecting vulnerable incumbent Republicans that will face conservative primary challengers.

What Can You Do?

Urge your representative to NOT SUPPORT  The American Security Against Foreign Enemies (SAFE) Act of 2015 (H.R. 4038).  The bill is just a symbolic vote that will not stop Islamo-fascist terrorists from posing as Syrian “refugees” attempting to gain entry into America.  Instead urge your representative to encourage his colleagues to not fund President Obama's dangerous Syrian “refugee” program. Kindly inform your representative that if he votes for H.R. 4038, there will be political consequences for the vote, and he will not receive your vote in the coming election cycle. Also, inform him that he will be complicit in the murder and violence that will surely follow if he funds the program.  Remind him that France never thought by allowing Syrian refugees into their country that they would be the victim of the recent carnage and violence that Islamo-fascist terrorists have reigned on their nation.
