Religious Liberty

The American Voice Institute of Public Policy is in favor of the protection and restoration of religious liberty in America as it was first envisioned by our Founding Fathers. The freedom of religion, protected by the U.S. Constitution, is a critical right allowing U.S. citizens the ability both in public settings like government buildings, courthouses and classrooms and in private settings to worship freely. We are opposed to decisions by the Supreme Court which limit religious liberty and stifle public testimonies of religious faith.
