House to Vote on Permanent Death Tax Repeal Act of 2001 (HR 2143)

On Thursday, June 6, 2002, the House of Representatives is expected to vote on Permanent Death Tax Repeal Act of 2001; (HR 2143) To view the bill visit: Full text of legislation).  The measure  would repeal the sunset on the death tax in the Economic Growth and Tax Relief Reconciliation Act to make it permanent.
