Expressing the Sense of the House that Congress Should Complete Action on H.R. 4019, Making Marriage Tax Relief Permanent

On October 2, 2002, the House of Representatives is expected to vote on the Expressing the Sense of the House that Congress Should Complete Action on H.R. 4019, Making Marriage Tax Relief Permanent. (Full text of legislation). 

The sense of the House of Representatives that the Congress should complete action on H.R. 4019, the Permanent Marriage Penalty Relief Act of 2002, and present such legislation to the President for his signature prior to adjournment so that 36 million married couples can benefit from permanent marriage penalty tax relief is expressed in H.Res. 543 .
