Unemployment Insurance Benefits Extension Act

on Wednesday, January 8, 2003, on the Unemployment Insurance Benefit
Extension Act that would extend federal unemployment benefits for five

take their next employment position, extending or increasing unemployment
benefits can actually delay a recipientís progress in finding a new
job, thus lengthening unemployment according to dozens of economic research
